After having completed the beginners’ course, the participants should be able to perform routine musculoskeletal ultrasound and recognize common pathology in PRM and sports medicine. An experienced sonographer first demonstrates the examination of the normal joint. Participants then perform ultrasound themselves under the supervision of experienced teachers. Each session is concluded with a lecture on common pathology of the joint and periarticular soft tissues.
